The Reindeer Section, a collective of Scottish based musicians, was the brainchild of Gary Lightbody (he of Snow Patrol fame).
The band have recorded two albums with no known plans for a third. The song "You Are My Joy" appears on their second release Son Of Evil Reindeer (2002).
