"Postcards from Italy" is from Beirut's 2005 debut album Gulag Orkestar.
Recorded in his bedroom by a then 19 year old Zach Condon, the album was later completed with the help of Jeremy Barnes of Neutral Milk Hotel/A Hawk and a Hacksaw fame.
