Austin Texas band Okkervil River have been one of the most consistent bands of the past ten years, delivering a succession of great albums.
"Lost Coastlines" from 2008's The Stand Ins, a duet between singer Will Sheff and ex-Okkervil player Jonathan Meiburg, is a great example of Sheff's songwriting skills.
