Chicago's The Sea and Cake have been around since the mid-nineties and have released eight highly acclaimed albums to date. "The Biz", the lead track from the 1995 album of the same name, epitomises their distinct jazz-infused indie rock.
Guitarist Archer Prewitt is also a successful comic book writer, while drumming duty is handled by John McEntire of Tortoise fame.
